Historically, energy efficiency has proven to mean the low hanging fruit that has brought both parties together legislatively, while also making our country safer, more secure, and more attentive to the impacts of climate change.

Changes need to be made

While we applaud Congressman Rush's concern for grieving families, a concern that is equal to our own, we oppose H.R. 5212.

I want to thank Congressman Rush for his efforts to protect consumers.

I introduced a bill that will give the FTC the authority to protect consumers from unfair and deceptive practices by nonprofit organizations.

Your bill was very well-drafted and it is a really good, balanced approach to that.

As we move towards a reduced carbon sustainable energy economy, there is no doubt that nuclear energy will need to play an instrumental role in order to reach those objectives.

Foolishness must never be the sum total of our frugality.

The ozone standards have not been updated since 2008. H.R. 4775 would further delay any new standards from being implemented for up to another 8 years.
