More than half of the new jobs over the next decade will require some form of higher education.

Education can be a way to lift you up out of more challenging circumstances.

This decision will not materially affect the Federal Government's ability to attract and retain a well-qualified Federal workforce.

We give everybody a fair shot.

Well, first of all, I'm not sure all those characterizations that you laid out there were accurate.

The views expressed were offensive. Rape is rape. And the idea that we should be parsing and qualifying and slicing, what types of rape we're talking about, doesn't make sense to the American people. And certainly doesn't make sense to me.

A red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized. That would change my calculus. That would change my equation.

Across the country our investments in infrastructure are putting people back to work building and modernizing our transit systems, railroads, bridges and highways.

I couldn't be prouder of my wife Michelle, because she has—she took up this cause of healthy eating because she's a mom, and like the other moms in the room, sometimes, we have to get on the younger people about eating healthy.

I'm very proud of you, the young people, because it's hard enough to follow a recipe and make something good to eat.
