This is not just a black issue. It's not just a Hispanic issue. This is an American issue that we should all care about, all fair-minded people should be concerned.

Barack Obama served as the 44th President of the United States from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented Illinois in the U.S. Senate from 2005 to 2008 and served in the Illinois State Senate from 1997 to 2004. Obama is known for his signature policies including the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, and his efforts in economic recovery following the 2008 financial crisis. These are not just incidents. They are a broader set of racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system.
I want to begin by expressing my condolences for the families of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile.
There are biases, some conscious and unconscious that have to be rooted out.
When incidents like this occur, there's a big chunk of our fellow citizenry that feels as if because of the color of their skin, they are not being treated the same and that hurts.
To be concerned about these issues is not political correctness. It's just being American and wanting to live up to our best and highest ideals, and it's to recognize the reality that we've got some tough history and we haven't gotten…
This is recognizing that there is a particular burden that is being placed on a group of our fellow citizens.
To be concerned about these issues is not to be against law enforcement.
I am concerned over the failure of the Syrian regime to comply with the Cessation of Hostilities in Syria.
