I do not see how there can be a deal, without access to sites that are suspicious anywhere and promptly.
I think that this deal has to include in it some assurance to the United States.
I think Congress has a special role to play on this.

No one has been able to assure me that this agreement is going to be such that the Iranians are going to say, 'Okay, we are going to give up...
the importance of the U.S. people and the U.S. Congress saying that.
If I were the Iranians, I would say, 'Look, all right, let us cut the best deal we can.'
But, it is not separate.
This is great.
It will give us more international support... the international sanctions--and they are the most effective ones--do hinge on a good relation...
I am yet to be convinced that the Iranians are negotiating to agree to get to a point where they will never have a nuclear weapon.
