I am a little disappointed in that answer, that it is not more aggressive and more recognizing of how important the DFC can be in what you are trying to do here.
This Administration consistently and all too often worries about what Putin will do.
We need a policy where Putin wakes up every morning worried about what we will do.
It appears the White House never really thinks about Russia until Moscow makes a move.
We must view Russia not only as a serious adversary in its own right, but also recognize its role in U.S.-China competition.
I think probably anybody that operates in this lane on diplomacy cannot be more disgusted with the U.N. than it is right now.
I think there is a real opportunity there and I think that we really ought to exploit it.
