We should be providing justice and equity.

I am one of those people who forbids my staff to use the word 'fair,' because you can't define that.

When we talk about justice, it is not something we do away with as far as the preponderance of the anecdotes that we have.

I appreciate the testimony of the witnesses and the trouble you take to help inform this Congress.
