I think commanders and the chain of command, the sergeants and the captains and the colonels and the generals, are fundamental to getting after sexual assault and bringing it to an end in our Army.

During your testimony, you said that Russia was the greatest existential threat to the United States.
I do believe that we have to crack down on these drug cartels and the trafficking that occurs across the border.
I do think that most of us agree that we are a Nation of laws. We are a Nation of immigrants.
But, until we have that, and I know in your experience, Mr. Buffett, Mr. Brand, living in that area, having these issues, until we actually secure the border.
It is very frustrating, I think, to many of the other legally immigrated populations to see illegal immigrants come here and gain some sort of status.
A lot of States will be impacted in a greater manner than probably most States like Iowa.
This is an important program. But it is critical that we are protecting our folks here on our own homeland.
I think many of us would agree or disagree, that it does need to be modernized in some form or manner.
I think if we educate and explain to the American people what this really is, I think they could possibly support it, and I would hope the Congress of the United States would support it.
