If that is a given and the opposition criticizes our plan, then does the opposition not have a responsibility to offer their plans? Some of the moderate and conservation Democrats on the other side of the aisle did offer a plan. The fact of the matter is that we just passed another budget bill that basically took into consideration some of the proposals that they had made and the level of savings and, in fact, what we are currently dealing with today are savings of about $160 billion. That is very, very close to what the moderate and conservative Democrats have been for and it is not all that far from what President Clinton has proposed for savings in Medicare.
