I thank the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Collins) for inviting me to join him in leading this Special Order. I have been in this job long enough to know there are people you don't want to follow when you speak, and Doug Collins is one of those. The guy is absolutely inspired, but he is inspired for a lot of reasons. He has been a strong leader on pharmacy issues. He has been a great partner on the bills that we will discuss this evening. I am proud to say this is a bipartisan issue. Although, at the moment, I am the only Democrat over here, I can assure you there are others who are with us on this issue.
