I think both of--both you and Ms. Torres indicate--more so Ms. Torres--that H-2A workers perhaps should be covered under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act.

Clearly, we have a broken immigration system, both on the legal immigration side as well as the undocumented persons who are in our country, some 11 million or so.

I think it would be beneficial if the Supreme Court had a code of conduct.
