I think both of--both you and Ms. Torres indicate--more so Ms. Torres--that H-2A workers perhaps should be covered under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act.
Do the other panelists agree that putting everyone, all these ag workers, under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act would make sense as opposed to having two regimes?
