Katherine Chi Tai is an American attorney and trade policy expert currently serving as the United States Trade Representative since March 2021. She is notable for being the first Asian American and the first woman of color to hold this position. I expect Ms. Tai will well demonstrate in today's hearing that she has the requisite skillset to deliver as much.
