Well, it's all about cutting the deficit now, capping the federal government and balancing the budget. That is the only thing that's going to save us from the $14 trillion in debt.

This proposal, in my mind, is the President Obama reelection plan.

This administration has chosen to not exhibit leadership in this area.

You can't toll every piece of concrete and asphalt in this country and substitute it for public policy.
