My intention, with the Chairman's approval, of course, would be to move the funding designated for the Alliance for Food Protection project to the Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service Integrated Fruit and Vegetable research project which is in Cooperation with the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service.
