I am going to be dropping a bill today that we have worked with industry, with CFTC as well as members of this Committee on--and I will be talking to the chairman about it later--that seeks to correct the end-user exemption that needs to be granted particularly to our farmers and ranchers who they deal in a different world than a major integrated company.
