Reclaiming my time, I am not suggesting anything of the kind. I am suggesting that the language that folks are describing as offensive says from the Congress to the Library of Congress, use the laws passed by Congress. If we don't like the laws of the land, we have a process to change them, and for better or for worse, that process begins in the committee on which the gentlewoman serves.
