I thank you, Mr. Speaker, and I hope 60 minutes will be enough because we're here tonight to honor one of the great servants of this institution, Jay Pierson, who has dedicated the last 34 years to the service of us, particularly on this side of the aisle; but, it's noteworthy to say, to folks on both sides of the aisle.
