The Clerk read as follows: On page 2, line 11, insert after the period: ``The first reading of the Senate amendment shall be dispensed with.''. At the end of the first section, add the following: ``The Senate amendment, as amended, shall be considered as read.''. At the end of the resolution, add the following: ``Sec. 7.
