I thank the chairman for yielding. I am pleased to come to the floor after my colleague from Georgia. He and I share a common border and we share a lot of common ground, but I have to tell you, Mr. Chairman, he could not be more wrong today. Because this bill does one thing, and it does one thing only, and that is to say that whatever it is that the people's House decides, whatever it is that the people's Congress decides and sends to the executive branch for implementation, that it come right back here at the end, if it's that big. If it's over $100 million, if it's that big, it come right back here so that we confirm that they got it right. Now, as I listened to my friend's words, Mr. Chairman, I might believe this is something a Republican Congress was doing to a Democratic administration. But I daresay, what is so important about the work the chairman is doing is this isn't about a Republican House and a Democratic administration. This is about good oversight for a Republican House and a Republican administration, and this is about good oversight for a Democratic House and a Democratic administration. I will say to my friend, Mr. Chairman, he is absolutely right about all the work we have left to get done this year, but the oversight that we do, the oversight is so important. And I would say, Mr.…
