We are on the brink of that agreement. So what is happening here today, far from being an unusual circumstance, is the best we have done in 5 years. Now, candidly, that is what I expect from new leadership in the Senate. I expect us to do better than we did last year; I expect us to do better than we did 2 years ago; and I expect us to be even better next year than we are this year.…”
