Georgia does not have a water problem. We get 51" of annual rainfall a year. We have a water management problem in Georgia, which is the subject that we are talking about today.

In fact, in my district, it is hugely unpopular. I do not think I have had anyone who has come to me and said please make sure that fiduciary rule gets done up there. I think it is 100 percent against this thing.

The crop insurance program is much more than just a disaster program from Mother Nature, it really provides a foundation for our producers.

It is a serious situation.
