No question, when we keep drawing lines in the sand and making threats and dares and double dares, as was done by the previous administration, attack after attack after attack, the other side is rightly going to assume that you are just so much bluster, that you are no threat. So they continue in their terroristic ways, and that really is essentially what has happened. Thank God that this President, our 43rd President, George W. Bush, had the courage to finally say, enough is enough.
