I think what the gentleman so clearly pointed out is the previous administration made the case against Saddam Hussein. They made the case based on the intelligence that they were receiving at that time. What they did is they talked the talk, and we have spent some time here this evening giving you some quotes, various members, including the President, the Vice President, the Secretary of State.
