I really have to commend the FDA on that and realizing the desire and need for new antibiotics and acting quickly to implement the program.
But, you know, here we are 50 years later, these States, and one of them is mine, the great State of Georgia, is far, far beyond that, and yet we are under section 5 of the Voting Rights Act for another 25 years.
Let me first commend Chairman Upton and our colleague from Colorado, Ms. DeGette, for spearheading this bipartisan endeavor.
