See, there is one thing, only one that I can think of, really, that I share that I have in common with the presumptive Democratic nominee, Mr. Kerry. We both share the same religion. We are both Roman Catholics. And, Mr. Speaker, this is what I want to share with my colleagues. The presumptive Democratic nominee for President, he recently made two very interesting statements. Mr. Kerry, a constant supporter of abortion rights throughout his whole 20-year career in this United States Senate, now says he believes that life actually does begin at the moment of conception. Let me repeat that. He believes that life actually does begin at the moment of conception.
