I cannot believe that the individual healthcare consumer can enforce through choice the proper configurations of a system as massive and complex as healthcare.

Medicare Advantage has been around since, what, the late 1980s? It was Medicare Plus Choice, then it was Medicare Advantage, but the word 'advantage' just means exactly what it says. It is an advantage.

I am in strong support of the combined efforts by my good friends Mr. Cole and Mr. Harper to reduce Federal spending by ending the public financing of campaigns and conventions, and to terminate the Election Assistance Commission.
