Most of ObamaCare is based on the premise that by forcing younger people into the market, they will help lower the costs for the older and the sicker individuals.

We're afraid to grow. The lack of information is creating fear, and it's not good for the economy.

I feel very strongly that the States should be able to do that, and that is what this bill, the Liberty Act, is about.

Paul, I would just like to say that I think a great part of the legacy of your Speakership has been showing civility and character, and I truly mean that. I think everybody in this Chamber would agree with that. We applaud you for that.
