“The point of all of that is that you know with that electronic medical recordkeeping, you can be anywhere in the world literally, a patient, if we have a way with a swipe card or maybe a radio frequency identification card which would look very much like a typical credit card, about the same size and thickness, but an individual would have a particular code that was unique to him or her and would have access through a very secure fire wall system to their medical records anywhere in the world, so that if you were in another country, on vacation, and this happens a lot, far too often, when a person gets sick, has a heart attack, in an automobile accident, in a remote place, the language is not the same, the communication is poor and the treatment is just not adequate.”
