The President has consistently said that what is now reality would never happen, that if you like your health plan, you can keep it period.

To me, it seems abundantly clear that this Administration unilaterally decided to ignore the Nuclear Waste Policy Act

I assure you that there is a plan. There may be a few people in this town that want to pretend that there is no plan. But there is.

I feel very strongly that the States should be able to do that, and that is what this bill, the Liberty Act, is about.
