in my opening comments I was talking about an average Georgia family, and I alluded to the fact that virtually half their income has been absorbed by one government or another. You and the Senator from Tennessee have used the figure 40 percent. I thought we might clarify that a bit. Would the Senator agree that a family's interest payments that are a direct result of our national debt should also be added into what is being taken from them?
