I have been a vigorous supporter of your efforts to fulfill the BRAC recommendations to the Congress, the President, and the Nation, which called for there to be three logistic Air Force bases. Your efforts are to fulfill that recommendation, to make that aspect of the Base Realignment and Closure Commission fulfilled. It has been abrogated by the administration.
