The major function of the Federal Government should be National defense and National security.

It is boots on the ground that is going to be absolutely critical, particularly in these safe havens.

To me it is expanding the authority and reach of the EPA and that is the reason there is so much discontent.

This rule is not needed. The Supreme Court didn't tell you to make a new rule. It said that you could.

I was astounded to learn that the number of children illegally entering the United States from Central America has grown from approximately 5,000 of them a year to an estimated 57,000 so far this year.
