Sure. Look, no one wants the United States to go into default and the United States isn't going to go into default. The treasury has, as you well know, many technical skills dragging this thing on for months. We attach things to the debt ceiling all the time. So, the question is could the Republican House work out something, not repeal of Obamacare, but some significant step on the debt ceiling and is that a legitimate demands in order to pass the debt ceiling? In my judgment, it is.
