I would like to state my concern to the chairman on this matter as well. Hartsfield recently surpassed O'Hare as the busiest airport in the world. I, too, strongly urge the U.S. Customs Service to address their lack of sufficient personnel at Hartsfield and respond as the INS has done in assigning the proper staff to this vital economic engine for the metro Atlanta region.
