Instead of focusing on fundamentals like shrinking their portfolio, reducing risk, and charging a premium that is in line with risk, FHA has advanced a policy that can only be described as out of bounds from its original intent.

Is it fair for everyone to subsidize the insurance of a few? This is the question asked about the Obamacare subsidies, and today it is the same question posed by the flood insurance.
