I have read your bios and I have noticed that you are all attorneys, it seems like you are all bureaucrats, and none of you are bankers.

I think that the system should be regularly evaluated to ensure that it continues to deliver relevant transportation choices to the communities it serves at an affordable cost to the taxpayer.

I believe there is a place for Federal capital investment in projects of this magnitude, provided it is made in a fiscally prudent and responsible manner.

What Dodd-Frank did... is cast a net so broad that you caught all the little fishes that you were not intending to catch.
