We added some money, the leadership of John Carter and other folks, we added some money for Operation Phalanx.

It is unfair that they are out there in the night and there is no aerial support for them.

I am going to make the same request of the National Guard--our office will personally send them a letter commending them for their service to their country.

But the National Guard has done a heck of a job.
