In light of the support of the chairman of the committee, I would like to conclude by saying that over the last 20 years I have tried over 100 of these cases, and last year I had a lady come up to me in a grocery store and told me about her child who was going to Colorado to testify in a case against a child sex molester who had molested him in a case that I tried back in 1985; and he was going to testify in the case that was now pending in Colorado. If this system had been up and in effect at that time, we would have been able to find that predator and prevent him from doing this again.
