I thank Representative Harshbarger for her insightful comments. We are very fortunate to have her in Congress and very fortunate to have her representing the profession of pharmacist. As she indicated, she understands firsthand the impact that this is having on patients. After all, she was on the other side of the counter for many years, just like I was.
