I am very fortunate, Madam Speaker, to have Duncan Hunter, somebody if you asked people in this Congress who is a friend of the soldier, the first word of their mouth will always be Duncan Hunter. He is the ranking member of the Armed Services Committee. He is a hero for American soldiers because he never forgets the needs of the soldier, both on the battlefield and in the hospital and as a veteran. I am honored to have Duncan Hunter join us.
