I am opposed to the bill in its current form. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the motion to recommit. The Clerk read as follows: Mr. Barrow moves to recommit the bill H.R. 5854 to the Committee on Appropriations with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendments: Page 11, line 17, insert after the dollar amount the following: ``(reduced by $56,652,000)''. Page 31, line 5, insert after the dollar amount the following: ``(increased by $28,326,000)''. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman from Georgia is recognized for 5 minutes.
