It is correct. I think, there again, the President was acting from an extreme point. There is nothing extreme about requiring able-bodied people to work. There is nothing extreme about discontinuing permanent benefits for illegal aliens or telling local folks they can get involved in their own poverty program through State grants. But the President decided to go for the status quo, and if the American taxpayers have paid $5 trillion, is it not time that we tried something different because of no results?
