Well, the estimated cost, of course, you know how things are in Washington, if you ask on Monday, you get a Monday price, and Tuesday you get a Tuesday price. We have the price stability of a commodities trader. Some $400 billion is what is projected. And incidentally, the National Health Care Board would be about $2 billion alone.
