Because Senator Obama voted for every single appropriations bill; and the Bush stimulus program in May of '08, about $168 billion; July of '08, Fannie Mae, $200 billion; Bear Stearns, $29 billion; AIG, $85 billion going to $140 billion, done by the Federal Reserve.
