People can go to Canada and buy it if they live in Maine or Michigan; it is ready access. It will not really help us much in Georgia, but the fact they could get it, and they should under the North American Free Trade Agreement. Free trade means free trade for anything that is a legal product, and yet they cannot get it. Now, the legislation of the gentleman which was passed by the Republican Congress 2 weeks ago stops this practice, does it not?
