I just want to say, sadly, that is what has been going on in the U.S. Congress since 1969 when we had our last balanced budget. And I point out to them while there is a lot of partisan politics in Congress, this is not a problem that you can blame on the Republicans, the Democrats, the President, the other body. This is a problem that is a bipartisan problem, and we have to resolve it in a bipartisan fashion.
