As my colleague knows from the visit, the facility is very dilapidated and soldiers need a little more elbow room, and they do not certainly need to be operating out of a building that is falling apart. Just recently, in fact, they have moved into a temporary tent facility; but unfortunately, that even leaks when it rains and in Savannah, Georgia, we get some heavy rains from time to time. Recently, one of my staffers was down there to visit with them, and they actually had to leave the tent because the leak was so bad. I know that the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Hobson) and the ranking member, and certainly the distinguished chairman who has also visited some of the facilities in Georgia, know the importance of providing our troops with the best facility possible and that these funds will go a long way to helping our servicemen and women.
