Mr. Chairman, on a bipartisan basis is send a signal out to any employee who works at Los Alamos in a sensitive area who refuses to take a polygraph test that we believe the security of our Nation is more important than their personal pride or whatever conflict they may have that prevents them from doing this. We are just saying, you have to do it, that is part of taking care of our nuclear secrets.
