Now if the gentlewoman would yield for 10 seconds, $26 billion in fraud in Medicare and Medicaid together. That is twice the annual budget of the entire State of Georgia. I am not sure what your budget is in Connecticut, but you can run the State of Georgia tax-free for 2 years just on what the Medicare and Medicaid fraud is.
