“Well, I wanted you to talk about the personnel and so forth in the Army and the Marines staying about level, but the Army going down tremendously. As I understand it, and these numbers are rough, but there were about 2 million troops in the armed services in 1991. And now is that number not about 1.5 million? It has been cut roughly 25 percent in terms of personnel, which that may be appropriate since there is not a conflict going on like Desert Storm, but am I accurate in that?”
